Following a homework questionnaire to parents in Spring/Summer term of 2017 we revised our homework policy.

• Our new homework policy is available under Curriculum/Policies.
• Homework is set Monday to Thursday only.

• LITERACY – MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS

• NUMERACY – TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS

• Year 1          10 – 15 mins

  Year 2         15 mins

  Year 3         15 - 20 mins

  Year 4         25 mins

  Year 5         30 mins

  Year 6         40 mins

  Year 7         40 - 45 mins

• If your child, for any reason, experiences any problems with homework please follow the procedures as set out below:-

  • Note in homework diary / contact book
  • If unresolved speak to class teacher
  • If still not happy contact Principal
